Job summary

Axiom-Path is seeking an experienced data security analyst to join a globally recognized financial services organization in Charlotte, NC. You will work within a data security governance function focused on protecting sensitive enterprise data and ensuring regulatory compliance, collaborating with audit, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in IT support, security operations, or data governance environments.
• Hands-on experience with Varonis Data Security Platform (Data Privilege).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and access management concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Experience supporting audit remediation or compliance-driven initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to assess access risks and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder outreach and coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

• Contribute to improving data classification, access approval workflows, and compliance standards.
