Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in IT support, security operations, or data governance environments.
• Hands-on experience with Varonis Data Security Platform (Data Privilege).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and access management concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Purview or similar data governance tools.
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Experience supporting audit remediation or compliance-driven initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking with ability to assess access risks and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder outreach and coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and remediate access permissions across enterprise data repositories using tools like Varonis and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Partner with business users to validate and correct access entitlements to sensitive/unstructured data.
• Support closure of internal audit findings by implementing effective data access controls and governance processes.
• Provide technical support for enterprise applications to ensure operational continuity.
• Troubleshoot incidents, manage service requests, and perform ongoing system maintenance and updates.
• Contribute to improving data classification, access approval workflows, and compliance standards.
