Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group is seeking an Information Security Engineer to join their Data Security and Governance team. The role involves developing and scaling data security controls while collaborating on AI-adoption and cyber-automation.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data loss prevention technologies, risk assessment in AI, and a solid IT background. This hybrid position will require working on-site in Hunt Valley, Maryland several times per week. Comprehensive benefits and competitive salary are included.

Qualifications

• 4 years of Information Security experience or 6 years in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with data loss prevention technologies and successfully labeling data.
• Prior hands-on experience with prompt engineering for custom GPTs.

Responsibilities

• Test, deploy, and integrate Data Security solutions.
• Respond to Data Loss Prevention alerts and educate users.
• Research AI applications and assess risks to data privacy.
