Job summary

BridgeNet Solutions, a member of the PSA Group, is seeking a Data Scientist to transform multi-source supply chain data into actionable insights. You will own data ingestion, quality assessment, remediation, and pipeline development to deliver reliable analytical outputs for dashboards and client reporting.

The role collaborates with Logistics engineers, analysts, and external stakeholders to identify data gaps, build predictive models, and drive improvements in freight, inventory, and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in data analytics, business, supply chain, statistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in business analysis, data analysis, or reporting in supply chain/logistics.
• Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, modeling, and ML.
• Experience designing and maintaining data pipelines from heterogeneous sources.
• Strong SQL skills and data querying for pipelines and validation.
• Knowledge of OTIF, freight cost analysis, carrier performance, inventory KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Ingest, profile, and validate large-scale supply chain datasets from ERP, TMS, EDI, and supplier portals.
• Document data quality issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Design data remediation strategies and implement with stakeholders.
• Monitor incoming data feeds and flag anomalies for resolution.
• Develop analytical baselines for freight, inventory, and carrier performance.
• Build and apply statistical and ML models to surface actionable insights.
• Deliver outputs in structured formats for dashboards and client reporting.
• Support quarterly business reviews and management reporting.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
