Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize single-cell and spatial omics data analysis pipelines.
  • Benchmark methods to ensure best practices and reproducibility.
  • Ensure scalability to handle large, complex datasets.
  • Develop interactive web portals for data exploration and visualization.
  • Collaborate with teams and provide training workshops.
  • Contribute to manuscripts and grant preparations.
