Job description

About the Role:

• Design, develop, and enhance our pricing algorithms to enable new capabilities.
• Process, analyze, model, and visualize findings from our market-level supply and demand data.
• Build and improve internal and customer-facing dashboards to better track metrics and trends, helping customers utilize PriceLabs effectively.
• Take ownership of product ideas and participate in design discussions.
• Occasional travel to conferences to interact with prospective users and partners, and to stay informed about industry trends.

About You:

• You have at least two (2) years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistics analysis.
• Proficient programming skills, with the ability to quickly prototype and test ideas.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex algorithms and concepts simply.
• Experience with relational databases and strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to handle multiple roles and responsibilities.

Good to Have:

• Experience in the vacation rental industry.
• Experience developing dynamic pricing models.
