Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science or equivalent field.
• 2–3 years of data science and analytics experience.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL; knowledge of data mining techniques.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Spotfire, Tableau or MicroStrategy.
• Experience with machine learning and advanced analytics preferred.
• Strong communication of analytical concepts in layman terms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to enable fit-for-purpose analytics solutions.
• Ensure analytical work products are consistent across projects and user-friendly.
• Apply statistical methodologies and propose additional techniques as needed.
• Enable data-driven insights to support assigned projects.
• Participate in innovation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Identify business needs and support KPI/report creation.
