Job summary

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions that align with regulatory standards and AbbVie's SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, bioinformatics, data science or equivalent field.
• 2-3 years of Data science and analytics-related experience.
• Proficiency in R, Python, SQL or other statistical packages; intermediate data mining knowledge.
• Experience with visualization tools like Spotfire, Tableau, MicroStrategy or equivalent.
• Experience with Machine Learning and other advanced analytics techniques preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver fit-for-purpose analytics solutions.
• Ensure analytical work products are consistent and user experience is optimized.
• Apply statistical methodologies and propose additional techniques as needed.
• Enable data-driven insights to support assigned projects.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives when assigned.
• Ensure adherence to GCPs, SOPs, and quality standards.
• Identify business needs and support KPI, reports, and analyses creation.
