Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders, building models, deploying end-to-end solutions, and communicating insights with clear visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field is required; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years of professional experience applying data science or advanced analytics in a business environment.
• Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, clustering, classification, optimization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver high-value predictive and optimization use cases.
• Design, build, and maintain ML and statistical models.
• Collaborate with data and engineering teams to establish production analytics pipelines and infrastructure.
• Develop end-to-end solutions including model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Leverage BI/visualization tools to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay current on data science tools and methodologies and bring innovations into Cortland.
