Qualifications

• Master's/PhD in CS/EE/ML/Stats or related field, or Bachelor's with 7+ years ML experience.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML, or related roles.
• Strong expertise in ML/deep learning, modeling, and deployment.
• Advanced Python for modeling, data analysis, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, validation, and deployment of ML solutions.
• Architect end-to-end ML workflows from data acquisition to production.
• Set standards for model development, testing, and governance.
• Drive adoption of modern ML methodologies across the org.
• Apply statistical/ML/ DL techniques to solve business problems.
• Collaborate with departments to identify analytics use-cases.
• Mentor junior data scientists and ML engineers.
• Evaluate data sources and model quality, stay updated on new tech.
• Develop production-ready code and communicate results effectively.
• Coordinate with app teams to integrate models into applications.
