We’re hiring a multifamily domain expert to improve the accuracy of the data behind ApartmentIQ’s market surveys, revenue management, market analytics, and AI agents. Your first focus will be occupancy: understanding where our estimates diverge from operator-reported results and developing ways to close those gaps.
You’ll combine knowledge of how properties market and lease apartments with hands-on analysis and AI-assisted prototyping. You’ll investigate messy data, test explanations, validate improvements, and partner with engineering to bring them into production.
This role is designed for someone in multifamily acquisitions, asset management, or operations who has a strong analytical foundation and wants to build deeper technical skills.
