Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or related field with four years IT experience.
• Three years building ML models using Python or R in a legal/public setting preferred.
• Experience with data governance, privacy, and ethics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models to support legal operations and investigations.
• Apply statistics, NLP, and classification techniques to datasets.
• Develop modeling pipelines and evaluation metrics for production solutions.
• Evaluate third-party and open-source models for potential adoption.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, anomalies and efficiency gains.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for technical and nontechnical audiences.
