BetterHelp is seeking a Data Scientist to scale impact in marketing analytics. You will build and refine models like Bayesian Marketing Mix and Multi-Touch Attribution, analyze large data sets, and partner with marketing to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BSc/MA in a quantitative discipline and at least 3+ years in quantitative data analysis.
• Strong background in statistics, hypothesis testing, and experiment design.
• Experience analyzing A/B tests and advanced causal methods.

Responsibilities

• Get insight from large data; partner with marketing to test data-driven ideas.
• Develop, implement, and maintain marketing models including Bayesian Marketing Mix and Multi-Touch Attribution.
• Monitor and analyze marketing uplift tests with statistical rigor; present insights to the team.
• Create testable models and algorithms with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate across product, marketing, and business teams.
