Job summary

Walmart seeks a specialized engineer to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end Labor Optimization solutions across data, analytics, and applications. You will translate business needs into scalable technical approaches and own delivery from problem definition to production support.

The role partners with Operations, Product, Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering, focusing on automating manual processes, improving performance, and ensuring platform stability in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, CS, IT or related field with analytics experience.
Master's degree in the same fields with 2+ years of analytics experience.
6 years' analytics or related field experience.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver scalable solutions supporting Labor Optimization across Walmart Supply Chain.
Translate complex business and operational problems into effective technical solutions.
Build across data, analytics, optimization, and application layers as needed.
Partner with Operations, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to deliver end-to-end capabilities.
Own solutions from problem definition through development, deployment, and production support.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve existing workflows.
Troubleshoot complex issues across systems, data, and business processes.
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the Labor Optimization platform.
