The Product Research and Development Data Science team develops and supports best-in-class analytic solutions through our expertise and superior cross-functional collaboration. We are dedicated to creating responsible solutions to increase financial transparency and inclusion in the market.

Ideal candidate is in the Minneapolis or Boston area - can be hybrid or remote.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns and trends in large data sets.
2. Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms to improve predictive accuracy and efficiency.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
4. Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using data analysis.
6. Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different business strategies.
7. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices in data science.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data science and machine learning.

Requirements

• Preferred Masters Degree - quantitative skills shown through completion of academic studies in math, statistics, or CS.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Skills in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization using tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Tableau.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with large and complex data sets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Benefits
