About The Role

About Our Team
Our Product Research and Development Data Science team develops analytic solutions to increase financial transparency and inclusion, fostering cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates are located in Minneapolis or Boston, with hybrid or remote options.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns in large data sets.
2. Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms to improve predictions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data-driven solutions.
4. Create visualizations and dashboards for non-technical audiences.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
6. Conduct A/B testing for business strategies.
7. Mentor junior team members and share best practices.
8. Stay updated with latest data science developments.

Requirements

• Master's degree in math, statistics, or CS preferred.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with statistical analysis, machine learning, and visualization tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Tableau.
