The Product Research and Development Data Science team develops analytic solutions through expertise and collaboration, aiming to increase financial transparency and inclusion.

Ideal candidates are located in Minneapolis or Boston, with hybrid or remote work options.

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns in large datasets.
• Develop and deploy machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into data solutions.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Conduct A/B testing for business strategies.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Requirements
