Qualifications

• Master's/PhD in a quantitative field with 2+ years in industry; BA/BS may be considered with experience.
• Advanced ML methods with Python and SQL.
• Familiar with Git and Airflow workflows.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling for non-technical partners.
• Experience with supervised and unsupervised ML techniques.
• Knowledge of online experimentation and causal inference methods.
• Knowledge of gaming industry and Gen AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced statistical and ML techniques to large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Develop robust predictive models and identify causal relationships using experimentation and causal inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define problems, hypotheses, and experiments.
• Write complex SQL to extract and integrate data from multiple systems.
• Present results to stakeholders with clear, actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with data science advances and share new ideas with the team.
