Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a data science professional to join the Enterprise Data & Advanced Analytics team within Finance & Operations. You will collaborate with F&O, IT, and external partners to design, develop, and deploy advanced analytics and AI solutions for commercial stakeholders, leveraging datasets like Xponent Plantrak, LAAD, Experian, Veeva, and MMIT.

You will apply statistical and ML methods to deliver Next Best Engagement, omni-channel orchestration, and claim integrity analytics,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field required; MS or MBA preferred
Minimum five years of experience in data science, ROI analytics, or related areas; pharma experience preferred
Proven production analytics and ML deployment experience; HCP targeting, NBE, omni-channel analytics

Responsibilities

Lead definition of advanced analytics opportunities and develop production-grade analytics and models for commercial questions
Design causal measurement frameworks to quantify impact of NBE, omni-channel interventions, and promotional investments
Collaborate with internal/external resources to deliver innovative data solutions to business requirements
Develop and operationalize analytics workflows and dashboards for monitoring and reporting
Mentor junior team members and communicate findings to senior leadership
