Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Data Scientist for the MCM Data Science team in the US to shape success metrics and guide what to build for new capabilities.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and Go-To-Market, designing experiments and analyzing large ad-tech data to drive actionable recommendations and business outcomes.

You will translate complex analyses into clear narratives for leadership and partners, contributing to a strong data culture within Moloco.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data science, analytics, or related field (or advanced degree with equivalent applied experience).
• Bachelor's, Master's and/or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, OR, Economics, Math, etc.).
• Experience partnering with product or business stakeholders: defining success metrics, running experiments, influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product on strategy and surface opportunities with data.
• Define success metrics and guardrails for new initiatives and align with Product/Engineering.
• Design experiments and evaluation methods for product launches, including non-standard designs.
• Perform deep-dive analyses across ad-tech data to inform advertiser outcomes and marketplace dynamics.
• Communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
• Uphold data science excellence through rigorous analysis, modeling, and experimentation.
