Job summary

Moloco is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Ads Applied Data team to design, develop, and optimize distributed data systems for real-time and batch processing powering the ads platform.

You will collaborate with Product, ML, and Data Science to enable feature engineering, identity resolution, and advanced user signal enrichment across online and offline pipelines, supporting large-scale ingestion and serving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
• 5+ years building large-scale distributed systems and backend services.
• Experience with data processing frameworks and orchestration tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and build large-scale distributed systems for data ingestion, transformation, and serving.
• Collaborate with ML and Serving teams on feature engineering workflows.
• Contribute to Feature Infra / Feature Store for scalable data access.
• Work on Identity Graph to unify user/device identifiers for better signaling.
• Improve observability, resilience, and performance in high-throughput environments.
• Mentor engineers and define best practices for data/backend engineering.
