Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Data Scientist 1 in Madison, WI, to build practical data science, NLQ, and agentic AI solutions for healthcare problems. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business partners to frame problems and turn questions into reliable models and AI-enabled insights.

You will participate in the full data science lifecycle, from problem definition and data prep to development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring, while focusing on accuracy,

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with ML experience.
• Experience with NLP, semantic models, or healthcare data is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Consult with business, clinical, and technical partners to frame healthcare problems.
