Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, statistics, computer science, data science or related field.
• One year of specialized experience at GS-09 level or equivalent.
• Experience with data management, reporting, and data visualization.
• Knowledge of data science concepts, operation research, analysis, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, deploy, and enhance analytics solutions for enterprise-wide programs.
• Use SQL, Python, and R for data management and analysis.
• Prepare technical and narrative reports to support program decisions.
• Create consumable data visualizations to promote understanding of results or trends.
• Apply machine learning, NLP, and AI techniques where appropriate.
