Amazon Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to join the DISCO CPT team and lead advanced analytics and experimentation for Amazon Music. You will build models, run experiments, and deliver insights that drive customer growth and product excellence at scale.

The role involves partnering with Product, Engineering, and Business teams, owning methodological rigor, and delivering measurable impact through data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of SQL/Python/R or similar statistics software experience.
• 2+ years as data scientist, statistician, or quantitative analyst in an internet-based company with big data.
• Master’s degree in STEM field.
• Ph.D. in STEM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Engineering to design experiments and analytics.
• Develop causal and predictive models to inform decisions.
• Deliver insights and dashboards to power product growth at scale.
