Jerry.ai seeks a data-driven analytics professional embedded within one of our core business areas—growth, product, AI and automation, or partnerships—to own analytical function end-to-end. You’ll define problems, build insights, and drive decisions that shift metrics, collaborating with product, growth, finance and operations.

You'll sit on the central Data Science & Analytics team, contributing to a high-growth environment and shaping the questions we ask, data we pull, and conclusions that

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
• Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impact.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can influence decisions at the leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Define the right problems: understand the business question and what decision it informs; push back on flawed questions.
• Data and insights: define metrics, build reports, run analyses, design experiments, surface data insights that move key metrics.
• Drive outcomes: present recommendations to product, growth, finance or operations and see them through end-to-end.
