Responsibilities
Design and implementation of solutions using machine learning
Independent work on analytical and consulting projects
Close collaboration with the client, process analysis, requirements gathering
Development and deployment of production‑level solutions
Presentation of concepts and business cases, discussion of obtained results
Evaluation of new technologies, libraries, approaches, and proposing innovative solutions
Requirements
Higher education in a specific field: econometrics, quantitative methods, mathematics, computer science
Min. 2 years of experience as a Data Scientist / implementing commercial analytical projects (predictive, classification, segmentation, recommendation models, optimization, NLP)
Strong data processing skills (SQL, Python: pandas, numpy, pyspark, polars)
Good knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms and their implementation in Python
Very good knowledge of Python, including object‑oriented programming, code optimization
Knowledge of good programming practices (code review, CICD)
Good communication skills, ability to engage with business, and present complex concepts
Preferred
Experience in consulting / working for various external clients, possibly internal ones (e.g., a company's analytics department) / experience in several industries
Experience in end‑to‑end projects: from design to implementation
Experience in implementing projects in the following areas: NLP, LLM, GenAI
Knowledge of tools for processing large data sets (Apache Spark)
Knowledge of at least one cloud environment: AWS, Azure, GCP
