Job summary

Logos is seeking a Data Scientist to join our Analytics team in the United States. You will own data science projects end-to-end, delivering production-ready models and features that influence churn, usage, and revenue metrics.

You will collaborate with the Staff Data Scientist and Director of Analytics, shaping the data science roadmap in a lean, fast-transforming environment. Strong SQL and Python/R skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of professional experience in data science or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to own projects end-to-end, from ambiguous ask to delivered result.
• Strong SQL and fluency in Python or R, with solid statistics background.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to justify decisions to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own data science projects end to end — framing, modeling, validation, and presenting results.
• Ship production-ready data products: models, scores, and features for teams.
• Design, run, and interpret experiments including sizing and honest reads.
• Build predictive models and pipelines in Python or R, SQL, and dbt on Databricks.
• Help set the data science roadmap with leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with embedded analysts to drive adoption of data science outputs.
• Validate data quality with the Data Platform team and ensure data reliability.
• Mentor analysts and maintain reproducible code and documentation.
• Keep code and docs current so teammates can pick up work quickly.
