Job summary

Justworks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the ML group in the Data & Analytics team. You will partner with Product and Engineering to frame domain-specific data science problems, prototype solutions, and deploy them into production with our ML Engineers.

You’ll own end-to-end ML projects and help scale data science across the organization. You will work on initiatives that accelerate learning, improve decision making, and deliver measurable impact for customers and the business,

Qualifications

• Experience building ML models end-to-end from data discovery to deployment.
• Ability to frame domain-specific use-cases as data science problems.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deploy models in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end machine learning and data science projects.
• Identify and scope new data science use-cases within domains such as Risk & Insurance and Payments.
• Query structured and unstructured data with SQL across datasets.
