Job summary

TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Data Scientist to define measurement frameworks, unlock user insights, and build data-driven foundations to launch, localize, and scale emerging products in the U.S. Market.

You will partner with PMs, engineers, and growth teams to establish core KPIs and robust tracking for early-stage products. You will design and analyze experiments, work with data engineers on scalable pipelines and dashboards, and translate complex findings into actionable roadmaps

Qualifications

• Experience delivering hands-on insights for consumer-facing production applications.
• Proficient in SQL and Python or R.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and core product metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define 0→1 metrics with PMs, Engineers, and growth teams.
• Analyze early user behavior, funnels, and retention to inform roadmaps.
• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate features and localization.
• Collaborate with data engineering on scalable data pipelines and dashboards.
• Communicate findings clearly to global engineers and cross-functional stakeholders.
