You will lead analytics, metric design, and advanced modeling, exploring data sources and communicating findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role emphasizes rigorous analysis and impact on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, Math, Economics, Statistics, or other science/engineering field.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience working with large data sets using SQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead campaign and operations analytics to produce data-driven recommendations for growth.
• Explore data sources, identify limitations, and inform improvements through exploratory analysis and research.
• Design and monitor core metrics, support goal setting, and evaluate performance.
• Design and build advanced analytical solutions and models, including AI technologies, to deliver improved business outcomes.
