  4. Work with the PSAT and Quality teams to gather insights and align activities with broader cell therapy development goals.
  5. Develop and validate data science applications, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  6. Implement digital tools and data science techniques to boost productivity in Analytical Sciences, especially for cell therapy applications.
  7. Contribute to project execution and manage external partnerships to meet milestones and deadlines.
  8. Share technical expertise with team members and collaborators.
  9. Stay current with advancements in digital solutions and data science in the biopharmaceutical industry.
You Have:

  2. Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake).
  3. Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with C++ or other relevant languages is a plus.
  4. Proven experience applying statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering) to complex datasets.
  5. Knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  6. Skills in data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
  7. Ability to create impactful data visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI.
  8. Experience with version control systems, especially Git.
  9. Knowledge of analytical bioassays, ICH guidelines, and cGMP requirements.
  10. Understanding of Quality by Design (QbD), DOE, and statistical analysis in analytical method development.
  11. Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle ambiguous challenges.
