Job summary

Confido Health, Inc. is seeking a Data Scientist to build production-ready models from real-world data across sell-through, inventory, and promotions. You’ll forecast demand, pricing, and promotional impact, translating insights into features used by the product and customers.

You’ll collaborate with an AI/ML engineering team to move from exploration to production-grade analytics, ensuring accuracy, validation, and clear communication of uncertainty in a fast-paced, data-rich environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on data science experience with real-world data.
• Strong statistical foundations: regression, time-series methods, experiment design, uncertainty quantification.
• Fluent in Python and SQL; comfortable working in a modern data stack (Snowflake and dbt).
• You care whether your analysis is right, not just whether it runs — you validate, sanity-check, and communicate uncertainty.
• You can explain a model to a non-technical brand operator and defend it to an ML engineer.

Responsibilities
