Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant post-degree work experience in bioinformatics, statistics, or related field.
• Substantial experience in at least one programming language and at least one statistical package (R preferred).
• Experience applying ML to biomedical/clinical data and handling high-dimensional single-cell datasets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, validation, and deployment of ML solutions for high-dimensional clinical flow cytometry data.
• Design analytical frameworks to identify rare cell populations and improve MRD detection.
• Develop ML pipelines including clustering, dimensionality reduction, classification, and anomaly detection.
• Deliver data products, reports, visualizations, and documentation for clinical implementation and regulatory review.
• Collaborate with pathologists, lab scientists, statisticians, and data scientists across projects.
