Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant post-degree work experience or equivalent
• Master's with 8+ years or PhD with 5+ years experience
• Substantial experience in at least one programming language and at least one statistical package (R preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead ML pipelines for high-dimensional flow cytometry data
• Develop and validate analytical methods for MRD detection
• Collaborate with clinicians, scientists and data teams
• Document methods, performance, and QA procedures
• Translate clinical questions into computational solutions
• Mentor team members and contribute to scientific publications
