Job summary

Reflow, a U.S.-based workforce and workflow intelligence platform, is seeking a Data Scientist to design and build the algorithms that power insights, pre-label data, and reduce manual configuration by users. This role sits at the intersection of machine learning, product, and data to turn complex data into clear, actionable value for customers.

You will design and implement models, collaborate with ML engineers to productionize them, and partner with product and engineering to translate

Qualifications

• Applied data science or ML in a product-driven environment.
• Strong foundation in statistics, modeling, and experimental design.
• Hands-on with Python and common data science libraries.
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured, data-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build algorithms powering core intelligence and analytics.
• Develop models to pre-label, classify, and structure data.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to productionize models.
• Partner with product and engineering to translate problems into data-driven solutions.
• Build and iterate on models that generate insights, predictions, and recommendations.
• Improve data structures to support modeling, analysis, and automation.
• Improve SOP-driven experiences by reducing manual steps and increasing automation.
• Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns and opportunities for product value.
• Continuously evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and impact.
