Job summary

Reflow is building a workforce and workflow intelligence platform. We’re expanding our full-stack team to accelerate feature development, scale analytics systems, and ship intelligence-driven capabilities.

You’ll own frontend and backend features, design analytics dashboards, and optimize APIs for scalable data-driven products. Ideal candidates are proficient in Django and Next.js, with a strong sense of data modeling, performance, and delivering analytics-heavy applications in a fast-moving

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain core product features across frontend (Next.js) and backend (Django) stacks.

• Design and implement analytics dashboards, data visualizations, and real-time reporting systems.
