Job summary

Marmon Foodservice Technologies, Inc. is seeking a data scientist to drive enterprise analytics across pricing, lifecycle performance, and customer behavior. You will translate business questions into advanced AI-enabled solutions and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver decision-ready insights.

In this hybrid role, you will integrate data from multiple sources, design predictive models, and communicate findings to executives. Strong Python, SQL, and Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Strong SQL skills and data wrangling.
• Experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions using ML and GenAI, outputs must be decision-ready.
• Integrate and analyze large datasets from multiple sources with data quality in mind.
• Design and automate predictive and optimization models including forecasting and segmentation.
• Define KPIs and measurement frameworks aligned to business outcomes.
• Develop data pipelines via API inputs and ingestion/cleanup scripts for visuals and models.
• Collaborate with IT Data Engineering to hand off pipeline structures for enterprise data lake/warehouse.
• Develop, deploy and maintain statistical and AI models across pricing, lifecycle, and commercial strategy.
• Leverage generative AI/agent-based approaches to accelerate insights and workflows.
• Present complex findings through dashboards and executive-level visuals (Power BI).
• Partner with analytics, data engineering, and business teams to continuously improve systems.
