Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional with multitasking ability.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook.
• Proficiency with data engineering tools and languages: SQL, Power Query, Pandas.
• Proficiency with BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, Plotly, Seaborn, Matplotlib.
• Proficiency with data science languages: Python and R.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to math and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI, automation, and data analytics tools to improve project delivery, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain automated processes to validate project documentation, compliance requirements, checklists, and project standards.
• Design and implement dashboards, reports, and visualizations for project managers and leadership.
• Analyze project data to identify trends, risks, cost impacts, schedules, and improvement opportunities.
• Handle highly sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business decisions by identifying data patterns and trends.
