Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or six years of experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum two years in program/project management in a scientific or technical environment.
• Experience budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management planning, execution, reporting, and close-out activities for BioData Catalyst.
• Coordinate with government officials and senior managers to align strategies and logistics.
• Manage budgets, resources, subcontracts, communications, and risk.
• Prepare program reports, PMO updates, risk summaries, and ad hoc analyses.
• Lead meeting management across committees, panels, and stakeholders.
