Intuit's Customer Success (ICS) Data Science & Analytics team seeks a Manager 2, Data Science to lead measurement of expert-driven service excellence across CG experts.

You will head a team of data scientists across five areas, including conversion initiatives, VEP operations, training efficacy, quality guidance, and labor optimization, partnering with VEP, Expert Network, and Service Design to scale E2E insights.

Qualifications

• 7+ years analytics and data science experience.
• Experience leading analysts/scientists.
• Hands-on statistical analysis and experimentation.
• Experience with causal inference methods.
• Metrics design connecting analytics to KPIs.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical teams.

• Own measurement strategy across expert service pillars.
• Advance causal inference and experimentation capabilities.
• Build a learning platform efficacy framework.
• Collaborate with VEP, Expert Network, and Service Design.
