Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Manager 2, Data Science to shape measurement across CG expert services and build a scalable analytics backbone. You will lead causal inference initiatives, drive end-to-end measurement, and partner with VEP, Expert Network, and Service Design to optimize conversion and service time.

You will manage a world-class team of analysts and data scientists, applying advanced analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI tools to accelerate impact and ensure rigorous experimental methods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of analytics and data science experience, including product analytics and customer/expert experience analytics.
• Proven experience leading a team of analysts and/or scientists.
• Hands-on experience with advanced statistical analysis and controlled experimentation (A/B testing).
• Experience with causal inference methods (Propensity Score, DiD, Synthetic Control).
• Experience designing quality/experience metrics and linking them to KPIs like conversion and service time.
• Strong SQL and Python proficiency.
• Experience applying AI/ML and GenAI tools to analytics workflows.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement strategy across CG's expert service pillars and collaborate with platform leaders.
• Advance causal inference and experimentation as core capabilities.
• Contribute to a cross-signal decision engine linking behavior, quality, and outcomes.
• Build and govern training/learning platform efficacy frameworks.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy, investments, and reporting cadence.
• Lead and develop a world-class team of analysts and data scientists.
