You will define data requirements, foster cross-regional sharing, and drive sustainable performance improvements. You will mentor a team, align with IT and data governance, and promote a value-first culture

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in data science, math, MBA, or related.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and analytics initiatives.
• Experience consolidating data warehouses and working with cloud systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the team workflow and prioritize solutions based on effort, value & risk.
• Build and lead a high-performing data science team.
• Identify and leverage industry best practices and benchmark studies to improve processes.
• Drive business value through analytics products and strategic initiatives.
• Lead the maturation of data science at NiSource alongside the Director of Data Science.
