Job summary

High Trail in New York City is seeking a data scientist to join a growing analytics team supporting decisions across merchandising, planning, media, and consumer insights in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You will develop models, analyze large datasets, build automated reporting, and partner with stakeholders while coordinating with offshore resources. 2–3 years experience, Python/SQL, and the ability to translate findings into business actions are required; onsite three days a week in NYC.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Experience building predictive models, conducting statistical analysis, and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple business domains and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience in retail, apparel, fashion, consumer products, or CPG environments is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop models, analyses, and insights that support business decision-making
