Gilbane Building Company is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team applying advanced analytics, statistics, machine learning, causal inference, and AI to solve complex business problems and move models into production. You will guide strategy, ensure quality, and communicate insights to executives across functions.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with business leaders and IT, and a dedication to producing actionable, explainable analytics that drive business outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data science, economics, psychology (quant focused) or related field.
• Masters preferred; PhD preferred.
• 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• 2+ years in people management leading data scientists or analysts.

• Lead, coach, and develop data scientists through guidance and performance feedback.
• Set standards for analytics quality, experimentation, and responsible AI use.
• Apply statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and ML to solve business problems.
