Job summary

Nourish in New York is seeking a Data Science Lead to embed with the Product team and own analytics for the patient lifecycle—understanding how patients start care, stay engaged, churn, and return, and turning that into business opportunities.

You will blend product analytics, experimentation, and predictive modeling to build production-ready models of churn and targeting, use causal inference, and partner with Product, Engineering, Design & Growth to drive impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of data science or product analytics experience in consumer tech or marketplace.
• Expert in experimentation and causal inference methods.
• Strong SQL writing and Python programming skills.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own patient lifecycle analytics end-to-end and surface insights.
• Develop production-ready predictive models for churn and resurrection.
• Deliver high-impact analyses with clear recommendations and opportunities.
• Design and analyze experiments; apply causal inference when needed.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design & Growth to size problems and guide roadmaps.
• Contribute to the experimentation platform and tooling.
