Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a data science analytics lead to drive client campaigns with targeting, measurement, and reporting. You will manage analytics across complex accounts, build audiences, and track market dynamics to inform strategy.

You will advance capabilities with new data and AI tools, deliver client-ready insights, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to execute end-to-end workstreams in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of analytics and data science experience.
• Experience in public affairs, corporate data, or political campaigns is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in R or Python for analyzing datasets, writing clean analysis scripts, and building visualizations and analysis deliverables.
• Experience using SQL to filter, process, and prepare data.
• Strong visual polish and communication skills with ability to translate complex data into client-ready narratives.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects across complex client accounts, defining target audiences and measuring impact.
• Advance capabilities using new data, AI tools, and methodologies to deliver deeper insights.
• Own execution of entire workstreams, coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Design and execute experiments to measure campaign impact using surveys and causal methods.
• Translate statistical concepts into polished decks and memos for non-technical stakeholders.
