Job summary

Bully Pulpit International seeks a data analytics professional to lead campaigns with rigorous measurement and reporting. You will own analytics across client accounts, define audiences, measure what works, and advise on data-driven strategies that contribute to impactful public affairs work.

You will collaborate with teams to expand data science capabilities, leveraging new tools and AI methods to deliver deeper insights for clients while maintaining clear, client-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of analytics and data science experience.
• Expertise in R or Python for data analysis and visualizations.
• Experience using SQL to filter, process, and prepare data.
• Experience with outputs from statistical models or causal inference to solve client problems.
• Strong ability to translate data into clear client narratives.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates.
• Product-focused mindset and interest in scalable workflows.
• Strong data intuition and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to measure impact of campaigns using surveys with RCT and causal inference.
• Identify target audiences from diverse data and analyze channel habits blended with opinion data.
• Translate complex stats into polished client-ready decks and memos with visualizations.
• Use predictive analytics and ML to analyze engagement and derive insights from media.
• Experiment with new data sources and AI tools to improve deliverables and scale tasks.
• Coordinate project timelines and workflows across cross-functional teams.
