Job summary

You will gather requirements, clean and analyze data, engineer features, and create clear visual narratives for non-technical audiences while documenting methodologies for reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with business stakeholders to elicit requirements, ask clarifying questions, and translate loosely defined business problems into well-scoped analytical questions
• Support the team in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing customer health and CRM datasets to answer those business questions
• Structure data-driven approaches to solve business problems, checking back in with stakeholders as understanding evolves
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and insights in large datasets from multiple sources
• Create features from structured and unstructured data, applying feature engineering techniques to enhance model performance
• Build visualizations and narratives that make complex analysis accessible to non-technical audiences
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and limitations thoroughly to ensure reproducibility and knowledge transfer
