Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate college program.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Excited to learn new technologies and processes.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment.
• Displays excellent communication skills including presentation and written communication.
• Interested in learning about Customer Success.
• Works effectively with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer skills, internet skills, and Office365 skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to varying situations and personalities.
• Self-motivated and proactive team member who will utilize time efficiently and share knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist in helping our Customer Success team with internal projects.
• Attend Deltek Sessions.
• Develop professional and technical skills through shadowing Deltek Consultants, Customer Success Managers and Renewal and Growth Specialists.
