BNY is offering a 24-month, rotational Analyst Program in Engineering (Data Science) designed to cultivate high-potential students through structured onboarding and hands-on experience. Analysts will work on data-driven projects, apply analytics techniques, and collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.

Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better.
Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

Responsibilities

Apply data science and analytical methods to solve real business and engineering problems.
Analyze data, perform profiling and feature engineering, and identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
